Having lived in San Francisco for a few years, I never climbed up Telegraph hill to see the view from top. This day was for exploring North Beach and the view from top was even better. I’ll have to visit again to see the New Deal murals as they were closed by the time I got up there.
Browsing through my books and finding this article in a NYT travel book I learned about the San Francisco Noir style. I’ve heard of it in passing but never gave it much thought until I thought that it’s a perfect setting for my photography, film and trying out Black and White photos.
A beautiful day out exploring San Francisco and stumble of a music festival.
